Do you want to work in a green oasis in the heart of Gothenburg? Rosenkaféet, located in the beautiful Trädgårdsföreningen, has new owners and is now looking for a dedicated and creative cold kitchen chef/cook to join our team.

At Rosenkaféet, the pulse of the city meets the tranquility of nature in an inspiring environment where we serve freshly brewed coffee, quality pastries, sandwiches, salads, and main courses to both locals and tourists. Our focus is on quality, service, and joy in food!

About the position

As a cold kitchen chef/cook at Rosenkaféet, you will be involved in the preparation and cooking of cold and hot dishes, salads, and sandwiches. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards in the kitchen regarding quality, hygiene, and presentation. The work is done in collaboration with other staff in a fast-paced yet pleasant environment, especially during the season.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has training or experience as a cold kitchen chef and/or cook.
• Has a genuine interest in food and ingredients.
• Is meticulous, service-oriented, and able to handle stress.
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
• Has good knowledge of food hygiene.
